Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was delightful. The rooms were beautiful with lovely en-suite bathrooms, and the three-floor layout added a cozy charm. Bimala, the friendly owner, provided top-notch service, going out of her way to make my stay special. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city's main attractions, and Ted and Alfie made the experience even more enjoyable. The dining experience was fantastic, with a pre-planned breakfast card and a refreshing ceiling fan in the room. It's surely a nice place to unwind and enjoy a slice of authentic Italian pizza.
The guest house offers a fabulous location just outside the city walls with a short walk to the vibrant city center and a variety of dining options nearby. The rooms are immaculate and well-presented, providing a comfy stay, but some aspects may feel a bit old-fashioned. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, though there were attempts to upsell breakfast. The dining experience is highly recommended, with delicious options and fresh pastries. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay with a few minor improvements needed.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were the best I've ever stayed in, clean, cosy, and even came with a complimentary decanter of sherry. The breakfast was also exceptional, the best I've ever tasted. However, the room was a bit noisy due to the main road location.
The hotel was exactly as pictured on the web, immaculate, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were so clean, exceptionally comfy with extras in the bathroom like cotton wool and cotton buds - the teapot was a bonus, and Yorkshire tea, of course!
